An unprecedented level of SERVICE that simply became obsolete.

The car business has typically NEVER offered this level of service. A trip to the car dealership was usually looked forward to with the same enthusiasm as going to have a root canal done. (no offense to all of you dentists out there.)

But there IS one man in the car business who offers a level of service far and above the rest. Anybody can sell you a car. He sells you his long-term loyalty.

  • Over 23 years at the same dealership. A rarity, to say the least. Most sales reps don't last 4 weeks at the same dealership let alone 23+ years, now-a-days.

  • Does not take sales calls or walk-in's. His book of business is extensive and he relies on referrals from his existing clients who do so gladly. Sports figures and celebrities ask for him exclusively.

  • Prefer not to come to the dealership at all? How about if Peter delivers your car to your home or office? You're buying a First Class Automobile. Shouldn't First Class White-Glove Service come along with it? Peter thinks so.

  • Your relationship doesn't end with your car purchase. In fact, it's just the beginning.You now have an advocate in your corner. If any issues come up, Peter will be there to help.

  • You will have his personal cell phone number. He answers his phone almost 24/7. (he does take a nap from time to time) Many has been the time when we were out to dinner and his phone would ring. He'd excuse himself and take the call. These are not always sales calls. These could be service issues. Engine light came on? He'll let you know what to do. Park it or ok to drive. He's even offered to personally pick up their car the next day and drop off a loaner. Who does that today????

  • He will always tell it to you straight. Won't pull any punches. No "pie in the sky" promises. If he tells he's going to do something, you can take that to the bank.

Tough Love Time

The Automobile Industry is in turmoil right now. Nationwide inventory is at an all-time low due to natural disasters, the economy in general and now strikes. Times have changed when it comes to negotiating. There are no deals to be had, per se. Not in the Luxury Car Sector, anyway. The reality is that the car you dream of owning simply might not be available right now .. at ANY price. But Peter will do everything in his power to find it for you.

There is a ray of hope, however. Low inventory means higher trade-in values for cars in good condition. Peter will fight to get you the highest dollar possible for your trade. Used car inventories are just as low so dealerships are trying hard to acquire them.

This brings us to Ray of Hope # 2: Peter has the inside track on all trades about to come into the dealership. If you are in the market for a quality pre-owned vehicle (Mercedes or not), and he hears of something like it coming in that fits the bill .. he'll contact you right away. Even BEFORE they actually take it in trade .. just so that you can get in on the ground floor and snatch it up before it even hits the lot.

So that's my personal endorsement of my friend, Peter McInnis. I've known him for over 15 years and I can tell you from my heart, he is honest as the day is long. And in today's world, is there really anything more you could ask for .. whether purchasing a car or just in life in general? I think not.
